Camilo Salvador Díaz de Villalvilla Soto

 is a member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC). He has shown his art in different presentation showrooms of Visual Arts, both national and international. Camilo has also presented exhibitions in galleries in several provinces of Cuba (Cienfuegos, Havana, Villa Clara, Santiago de Cuba, Santi Spiritus, ect.) and in other countries, including the USA. He has been a part of the following exhibitions, among others:

- "The Cuban Art Space" -Center for Cuban Studies, New York, USA, May 2010

- "The 8th Floor" -New York, USA

- "What is Cuban art?" -Oglethorpe University Museum of Arts, Atlanta, USA

- "The Stirling Club" -Turnberry Towers, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

- and "1st Biennial Drawing the Americas" -Tijuana, Mexico, with Rafael Cauduro.

Camilo has illustrated more than a dozen newspapers and magazines and several books, and has received several other provincial and national awards. Some of this work can be seen in collections from different countries such as: the United States (collection: Jamy Rodman, Las Vegas; collection: Donald Rubin, New York), Germany, Portugal, Greece, Italy, France, Spain (collection: Lucila de la Cruz, Barcelona), Great Britain, Mexico, Canada, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Poland, Holland, Belgium, Australia, Norway, Ireland, Sweden, New Zealand, Slovenia, Belgium, Chile (Fund for the arts and heritage issues of Wide Beach University, Valparaiso), and Cuba. He is affiliated with a number of different Institutions including UNEAC (Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba), AHS (Asociación Hermanos Saiz), UPEC (Union of Journalists of Cuba), and UNAICC (Union of Architects and Construction Engineers).

The most recurring topics in his art are social criticism, and the use of different images including personalities from world history as well as icons and slogans of the national and global market.
