This special edition was published on the occasion of the First Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba. The elegant minimalist cover features Castro's signature embossed in gold. Printed at Production Units 01 "Osvaldo Sánchez" and 06 "René Meneses" of the Cuban Book Institute. The edition was prepared by Pedro Álvarez Tabio. Printing completed in July 1975, during the "year of the First Congress." Published by Ediciones Políticas, Editorial de Ciencias Sociales, La Habana.
