This commemorative booklet was published by Political Editions in 1974 during the "Año del XV Aniversario" (Year of the 15th Anniversary) celebrating the triumph of the Cuban Revolution. Printed at Imprenta Federico Engels by the Empresa de Medios de Propaganda, the publication contains two significant speeches delivered during the 15th Anniversary Military Exercises: one by Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Prime Minister of the Revolutionary Government, and another by Division Commander Raúl Castro, Second Secretary of the Central Committee and Minister of the FAR (Revolutionary Armed Forces).
